    $239,900

    Poor quality built home and follow up on correcting problems. Informed builder of issue with soil/sand creating a sink hole above the septic tank not long after we bought and moved into the home. He said he would take care of it and a year later still not taken care of. Missing screen in bedroom window that asked builder to supply us multiple times as it was supposed to be installed. Was told multiple times they would drop one off but was never received. Also informed builder of issue of drywall problem in bathroom that he agreed to fix and again no follow up. Front and back doors installed not square. Significant gaps in corners. Gutter downspouts were ran directly into the ground and wouldn’t drain properly. I had to fix my self. Finally have had a couple of issues with electrical shorts. One was in the master bath that was fixed but I didn’t bother to tell them of the 2nd one because they don’t back up their homes. I had a better experience with a DR Horton home that I left to move into this house. The best part of this house is its location.
