Where to start? Greg Miller lost diverter parts and couldn't figure out what was wrong for hours (then blamed us), never showed up earlier than 2 hours late if he didn't cancel when I called to confirm (he was also always never more than "15 minutes" away), didn't bring all the necessary tools, sent one of his guys who caused a leak which stained our ceiling downstairs (which he blamed on the tile guy), went on vacation for 3 weeks, and when we asked him if he would compensate us for the leak/stain (he never figured out where the leak came from) he started yelling about calling the police.
This guy is a piece of work. Additionally he is disrespectful of women. Some of his crew knows what they're doing and are good to deal with but the boss is a nightmare.
