This contractor rented his license to our builder to pull building permits. The construction this company pulled permits for and completed in 2014 is so faulty the new home sits unoccupied and a "risk to heath and safety" per a stamped engineering report. This is due to the new construction being extremely faulty foundation and framing work. This contractor has been given many chances to fix and repair the home to make it livable and has not followed thru with any steps to begin repairs. State investigators are reviewing this builder now due to this issue.
