Gregg Mechanical installed a new high efficiency furnace relocating it and the duct work at the same time. We had them in before we started the main renovation and before we retained PAC for the whole house plumbing. Gregg were great and very responsive and professional. Indeed, after Gregg had completed their work NYC, DoB changed the venting rules for furnaces such as ours. Gregg came back to redo the venting to bring it up to the new code and did so at no charge.
