My elderly widowed mother’s a/c was not cooling properly, so she contacted Greg. Greg was very responsive and came on out right away. Now she has had to run her thermostat up a few degrees to keep from freezing to death. When I saw her bill I decided to give Greg a call. I have 5 units at several properties. I contacted Greg about a service plan for all of them. When he conducted the maintenance on my personal unit he found it was in need of repair (15 year old unit). Greg gave me the the option to repair or put in a new unit. Greg was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me to come to my decision. So, we decided to install a new unit with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor and a 10 year warranty on pairs after that. The new unit is quite and runs way less time than the older unit. In addition, I thought the price he quote was very fair, as my father-in-law had just put in a new unit of the same size for a good bit more money (different contractor). In all our experience with O’Steen Heating and Air has been a pleasure. I certainly recommend contacting Greg to anyone who is looking for a responsive, honest, and knowledgeable HVAC technician.
