Greg did an incredible addition job for me! I couldn't be happier. I had my master bedroom/bath enlarged in the back of the house and more than doubled the living room in the front as well as a completely new roof. There were a whole bunch of other things such as repairing the butcher block island in the kitchen, adding motion detector lights, getting solar on the roof. I am a pretty picky person and wanted things done just so and Greg and his crew came through for me. I had a closet system installed in the master bedroom, and all sorts of specific things such as the bay window in the living room, the built in bookcases in the living room, and the extra wide bathtub and other gizmos in the master bathroom. At one point when I asked for an outlet to be raised so I can reach it if I end up in a wheelchair someday, Greg said that was why he enjoyed working with me since I am retired and could ask for such things in a timely fashion. No, he meant every word! Greg made certain that safety was a top priority for his team. They spent time each and every trip making certain everything was tidied up and safe before leaving. At some points, Greg advised me against some things that would have cost me more money than reasonable which I appreciate. All of his subcontractors clearly knew that to work with Greg meant that they communicate with the client and that they kept safety as a priority. Greg kept a close eye on the schedule. The contract specified 3 months after the plans were approved by the City and construction was done by then. There were a few minor hiccups, more due to my confusion in contacting EasyClosets than Greg's. Greg even came in several Saturdays himself to work to make sure the construction stayed on schedule. I couldn't be happier with the final results! Greg paid close attention to my wishes and he believes in doing high quality work, not just sliding through and finishing it any old way.
