I hired Grenko Services and Karl the owner was amazing. Not only was Karl prompt and competitively priced, he was kind, and went out of his way to explain exactly why my water heater (which was only four years old) failed. The previous installer had failed to put an expansion tank on my 120 gallon tank - which is standard for all water heaters, but certainly necessary for a larger capacity tank. I have subsequently used him for multiple HVAC projects and have been extremely pleased with his work and work ethic.
