Gary,
Charged me over $$8000 to fix a paint and stucco problem in March 2012, that I paid another contractor $5000+ in 2010, but Gary said he was going to use expensive Dunn Edwards products that would resolved the issue, paint & stucco job didn't last a year. He return to fix it again Febuary 2013 at my expense again lasted about 48 hrs, now says he can't afford the time to look at it again!
Make sure you get his so call warranty in hard writing, because he's got my cash and won't return my calls!
