Would not recommend Grey Design Build. Mike Elliott never wrote anything down during our entire project. We had workers show-up sporadically; not consistently. Subs disappeared and changed in the middle of everything. We had delays and added costs because of bad or no communication. Hard wood floors were trashed and other materials lost or damaged. He was quick to threaten a lien. Overall, terrible experience.

For my project and other clients I had the pleasure to know, Grey Design Build is a friendly, highly professional, excellent company with imaginative, highly competent owners and staff who are exceptionally skilled at home building, remodeling, and all phases of a home project.
They managed and facilitated the architectural design, planning, building, remodeling, and so much else of my 90+ year old home by adding a 2nd story, redesigning the original home including basement and 1st floor.
They had an exceptional knowledge of upgrading all home systems including electrical, plumbing, and highly superior management making sure all building projects were done with excellence and remarkable timeliness.
Grey Design Build has the concern and care for their clients from conception to completion is outstanding and would choose to use their excellent services any time in the future!
