From the owner Bill on down the line to the installers, a 5 star experience. The sales associate Dave Orbegoso showed up on time. I showed him the windows and a sliding glass door that was needed and he went right to work with the measurements. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me the cow when all I needed was a gallon of milk. The owner Bill showed up at installation and made sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and was there to answer any questions. It was closer to 8 weeks (as for-mentioned by Dave) but well worth the wait. The price was right, and the quality was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality at a fair price in Window replacement. Thank you Bill and Dave for making this a smooth operation. Your professionalism and dedication to customer service was greatly appreciated. Jeff Corder

I had bill Walsh come to my home for an estimate for a storm door in June. Was told two months. I gave a 700.00 deposit.it’s now oct 27 2023. Can’t find Bill for any information on door or deposit . George mills
