Donnie Grice was referred to us by our Selling Agent for repairs to the house as a result of the inspection ordered by the buyer. His team was very quick and professional. For example, they respected my wife's wishes to not have them track all over the floors so kept booties on their boots at all times without complaining. He was a bit higher on his estimate based on other estimates, but for the speed, quality and respectfulness I believe it was money well spent.
