    We had a complete remodel of our master bath. We are very happy with the results and with Griffin Construction.

    Matt Griffin was helpful with suggestions about the tile and tile transitions, new lighting throughout the bath, even paint shades. We felt his comments and suggestions were based on his belief of what would be best for our bathroom and not what was best for his work flow, timeline, or increasing his profit. It seemed it was always,our bath and budget first.

    While we are VERY pleased with the end product of our beautiful bathroom, there was a bump or two I believe could be improved upon. The largest area for improvement:

    We felt Matt could have made more regular stops at the house to make sure the project was progressing properly. While Matt's crew were capable and for the most part performed excellently, we felt having the boss there at regular intervals would have been beneficial to the project and us (for questions, concerns, etc.).

    There was a couple of tense calls about the project while we were in Hawaii when a shower size and orientation misunderstanding occurred. There should have been more communication from Matt & us prior to the shower going forward, but in the end, all worked out fine (but it did preoccupy my mind when I should have been focusing on my Hawaiian lunch). And we do have a beautiful shower.

    Overall, we are very pleased with Matt Griffin and Griffin Construction. Bottom line; would we hire Griffin construction again? Absolutely.

    And we would not hesitate a nanosecond about recommending him to others.
