It was horrible, I spoke to a tech named Bill, he was sent by First American Home Warrantee for a garbage disposal replacement. He said that if I want the same garbage disposal that I have to pay for it, because the insurance will only replace it with a very cheap that he gets on line for $30. He said that I need to pay $180. I told him that I checked and I can buy it at Lowes or Home Depot for $160. Ultimately he said that he will pass his plumbing discount so I only need to pay $160. He switch out the old garbage disposal for the new garbage disposal. I paid him the money and he left. When I checked the garbage disposal under the sink, he did not change the old flange which was completely rusted. I called him and he said that he does not need to fix this. If I want to hire him, he will do it. I complaint to the insurance company and they did nothing. I aske Griffin to return the new flange that came with new garbage disposal. they never return my call.
Ultimately, I had to buy a new garbage disposal because the garbage disposal that Bill installed became damage when he forced the old flange to fit this garbage disposal.
Griffin Contracting License 837789 is a con artist, a thief and a liar.
