During 2015 I hired Griffith Heating and aair to install a new heat pump and air handler.He refuses to service this equipment which should have covered under warranty. He was paid for these units and were not installed as oromised. He was more than 30 days beyond promised installation and only after expressing total dissatisfaction with his failure to install. Aftetr repeated calls thst my heat pump was not working and many promises to respond I called another service company and they verify the installation of the air handler but could not find any record of installation of the heat pump with the manufacture. Telephones have been returned and my heat pump was repaired at my expense. I was informed that approx. 50% of their charges would have been covered by warranty had my heat pump been registered with the company I do not expect Greg to correct this and hopefully this will be settled fairly in court.I would not recommend this company for any type of service Howard Sutherland
