Grisha is a hard working, responsible contractor who does excellent work, charges reasonable prices and always returns calls promptly. He stands behind his labor and if anything needs to be fixed or adjusted he comes and takes care of it.

The projects he did for us include a complete renovation of two bathrooms that were gutted down to the studs including major changes to plumbing and electric; extensive marble and porcelain tile installation in our entry foyer and den; and replacing baseboard heaters all around the house along with a few other things. We've had many compliments on the quality of his work because everything turned out beautifully. Highly recommended.

Grisha has completed the roof and soffit repair for my home. He did an excellent job. When I need work on my house done again, I will call him.

Grisha did an excellent job building our sleeping loft and framing the vaulted ceiling. There were no room for standard railing so he constructed a unique one from the scratch. I am very happy with the end result. He was easy to communicate with - always ready to answer any questions and discuss ideas. The job was done in timely manner and with expected quality.

Grisha and his team did a great job changing my siding from old cedar to a new plastic shingles siding that looks like a real ceder but requires zero maintenance. Grisha's team also changed my windows, window trim, soffit and gutters. One more project he completed for our home - he and his team have completely renovated all three bathrooms. They replanned and made new plumbing, electrical wiring, and did all the renovations. It took them one week for the first bathroom, second and third took a bit longer due to appliances delivery. I could not be happier with my new bathrooms. Courteous workers, all as promised.

Grisha and his company did an amazing full renovation on my first floor of the house. This included complete tear down and remodel of a bathroom, den and bedroom. We get compliments from every person who sees the work, I would recommend to anyone looking to make home improvements that they hire Grisha!!!!

I hired Grisha to renovate my first home after numerous recommendations of close friends, who employed Grisha on multiple occasions and praised him for consistent quality results. Grisha arrived to estimate the work right at the scheduled time, provided a competitive quote on the spot and left me enough time afterwards to collect competing offers, which were not compelling, compared to Grisha’s.
The work was scheduled to start in a week. Grisha arrived at my home 5 minutes before the scheduled time, with the entire team and instruments. There were no delays in starting the work. I was amazed to witness how fast and neat the demolishing of the old kitchen was. Even though the removal of many cabinets, countertops and fixtures can be quite messy, Grisha took care of minimizing the inconvenience as much as possible.
When the construction has starte d was easy to recognize the substantial experience Grisha and his team has in constructing kitchens (and in all other subsequent work he did for me over the course of the years). All cabinets were accurately unpacked and organized. With everything in place the rest of the work and finishing touches were fast and accurate.
