Grissom Co Quality Heating & Air

Over the few months I have known Steve Grissom, it took him weeks to complete any install. He was hired as a sub by our incompetent builder. There were lots of no-shows and excuses why he did not show up as promised. Additionally, the duct work he installed in my new build is the bare minimum. There are two intakes for three thermostats. There has not been any airflow upstairs because an improperly installed damper and location of the intake to serve two floors, goes not accommodate proper airflow. His inaction to make timely repairs, or service calls, is synonymous with his refusal to complete warrantee work. We have had 2 compressors fry in one unit in less than 2 months. When the new air handler was opened up, an after market part was found inside that is not consistent with the service tag. We paid top dollar for the cheapest equipment on the market, some of which was passed off as new, but appears to be refurbished. He deserves 0 stars for his professionalism, timeliness, honesty, and work ethics

This was the best air conditioner service we have ever had. Stephen was very nice explained what he was doing and went above and beyond what he had to do. Great guy and great service.

Stephen is extremely professional, attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional and reasonably priced.
