Had a great experience during our remodel.
We needed some new outlets and new wiring done during a remodel. I was kept in the loop regarding the install and all of my questions were answered with a smile.

200 amp circuit breaker is broken and full replacement of panel has been recommended and scheduled with a licensed electrical contractor. srp came out last night to confirm the faulty equipment and has documentation of the diagnosed issue. need to schedule srp shutoff and city inspector for emergency replacement as we have kids and pets in the house without electricity at the moment
