    We have officially lived in our home for 2 years. This was our families 3rd new construction home, first with this company. I can say without a doubt, we would NEVER recommend this builder for a custom home or any type of construction. It was a horrible experience and a complete nightmare.

    We recently completed our house with Grossnickle construction in may of this year, we are so happy with our mountain home and our super Richard. Any concerns we had we're all taken care of in a timely matter and no questioned. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality custom home.

    Had a project priced out for new construction on land. Then we saw their “contract” they wanted us to sign. It was so lawyered up to defend themselves on every aspect that should be their responsibility from subcontractor performance, liabilities, asinine charges and markup mandates for any changes, and we wouldn’t even be allowed on site until completion. It was as if the contract was written to drive us away. All one sided and zero buyer protections. They said it was common practice. They don’t answer calls and voicemails always are full or not set up. Don’t respond to emails either. We had money to spend and that was so far off base for contract terms, we walked and would never consider putting ink on any version of that contract at any price. A contract like that was, in our opinion, one built to make buyers helpless in any dispute or even minor issue.
