    ADU Remodel
    $180,000

    Working with Uzi and Ground Up Builders was a great experience. We did a major ADU remodel, from the foundation up, and his team handled everything: engineering and architectural plans, permits, inspections, and the actual build. It all moved fast, the craftsmanship was excellent, and his initial quote held through completion.

    Mid-project, a roof leak on our front house turned into a serious situation involving rainstorms and mold. Uzi's team helped us manage it, which led us to hire them for a full roof replacement too.

    The whole team was responsive, professional (licensed, insured), and the crew seemed genuinely well taken care of. Highly recommend.
