Ryan Todd did a bathroom renovation for us replacing a tub with a shower. He misrepresented his experience, made mistakes constantly on just about every aspect of the job.
I got a shower that drained onto the bathroom floor. Gaps between the toilet and flooring. Light fixtures not attached to the wall properly, damaged vanity drawers and plumbing underneath the house not properly hung from the joists.
That is the work he actually completed. I am doing the painting, towel bars and cleaning. He left grout to harden all over the tile that needs to be scrubbed off. He installed my luxury vinyl laminate
floor first thing and proceeded to trash it with grout ground in under foot.
I paid this crook $6000 in labor alone for the job. It should have been 3-4 weeks to complete. We are in week 12 now. On 8 occasions he has told us he would be out to finish the job and didn't show up.
Check his better business bureau rating D+ and stay far away.
