After 13 months, our pool is still not completed. There are ruts and breaks in our patio and the skimmer of our pool does not function. The communication has been extremely poor; the only time they communicate with us in a timely manner is when they are asking for more money. They have repeatedly come onto my property without my permission to “work” on something. The last straw for me was when they claimed to have come to my house to do an inspection of the skimmer today and blamed the issues on the pool being too full and dirty (there was a major storm overnight last night). They even sent “pictures” of my “dirty” filter. However, I know for a fact that they were not on my property today because I was home and spent most of my day in my yard with my dog. Extremely dishonest company; do not enter into a contract with these people.
