Do not hire- breached contract -had to get lawyer involved
Do not adhere to contractual time commitment-
Poor workmanship -
Lack of on site supervision
Left uneaten food and debris all over house
Throw wallboard out of second floor window - leaving and damage on new roof
According to employee - was told to lie to us about condition of work site
Several times left door wide open and house unsecured
Never produced a copy of his insurance after several request
Created an adversarial work environment
Left job site unattended for more than 5 days more than once for job that contractually was only suppose to take 2 1/2 weeks.
Provided one of his employees with a check that bounced and he was never fully paid. -

Great experience with GRZ Construction. Did a kitchen remodel. Old kitchen looked like it was from 1970 now we are proud to entertain.
My tiles have been moving and lifting since he was done. He came back numerous times and said the last time he came he was not coming back. My saddles had to be re done 3 times. The tile was so crooked when it came up to the living room that the saddles didn't fit. You couldn't step on them without cracking. He said not to walk on that part!!! My ceiling fixture came out of the ceiling. The painting was awful, I had to put the second coat on. He put my cabinets over an existing high hat and would not remove it. Also if you look at his cover page on FB (my kitchen) the cabinets to the right are higher than the left, which he said he would not fix!! And he never cleaned up after himself.
