    Horrible Experience

    Completely terrible experience with this builder. Like the others mentioned, he is NOT a man of his word and we have found building code violations and changes to the plans without our notification. We have had to go to town meetings several times and have been lied to outright about his team "fixing" landscaping and water issues in our yard and basement. I do not recommend this builder or his team. Use caution when working with these people.

    We are sorry client feels this way as we strive to build a quality home for all our clients and take any concerns or warranty items seriously. This home has been signed off by the town building inspector as being built above code standards and with no outstanding violations. As suggested in this review, the "fixes" were not necessary repairs or construction items. Rather, they were attempt to go above and beyond to try and satisfy a client by doing additional work that was well beyond the building specifications and features agreed to by client. Please review the town planning board meeting minutes as this will be confirmed in their record.
