I had a very disappointing experience with GSC Construction. Over time, communication became increasingly accusatory, dismissive, and condescending—especially when I brought up issues that occurred during the project.
Even just several months into the project, it was clear that the work was not holding up. I brought these issues directly to Gabriel’s attention, and instead of standing behind the work and taking responsibility, he tried to nickel and dime me—expecting me to pay again to repair work I had already paid them to do. This raised serious concerns not only about the techniques being used, but also about their overall customer service and professionalism.
There are many other companies in Colorado that take pride in their work, value their relationships with customers, and are committed to providing services that last. It’s a tough lesson, but I’ve learned that it’s not always best to go with the lowest estimate, as it seems you truly get what you pay for with GSC Construction.
I expected professionalism, quality, and accountability, but unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on all fronts. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, long-lasting construction services.
