I had the owner, Jimmy Banks, come out to the property that I was considering purchasing and he spent a good amount of time looking over the inspection report and giving me an honest assessment of what it would take to get the job done right. The house is a 1948 duplex and I was really worried. After the purchase, I held my breath as both Adam and Chris went through the house and checked and rechecked everything so that it was better than code. I really appreciate their diligence and honesty overstep of the way. They went out of their way to explain things and to make sure that I felt comfortable. I am so happy I found out about GSD Electric through Eric at ET Plumbing (another amazing professional!). I always feel like I am being jerked around by electricians and it just feels so great to finally find ones that not only know what they are doing but are fair and conversational and transparent about the whole process! Thanks again, Jimmy, Adam and Chris!!
