    Really thrilled with the high-quality, competitively priced repair work John and his crew performed on our commercial building. John was on-time for every appt, and exceeded our expectations for timeliness of work, quality if work, responsiveness and courtesy.

    Run away, don't walk. There aren't enough words in the alphabet to describe our experience with this contractor and I use the word "contractor" loosely. John Grimes is the most unethical person with whom we've ever dealt and we've owned and renovated multiple homes, all of which were primary homes, no secondary or investment properties. If you want the truth about anything with regards to your project, you will find yourself sorely and grotesquely disappointed. This contractor chose to "GHOST" us rather than to resolve any outstanding issues, issues as important and costly as removing and disposing of the debris resulting from the demolition of the existing house that was built in 1946 ..........we have been forced to revert to other measures for the resolution of that project. For reference, John Grimes worked as the builder/contractor for sellers, Sarah Horsey-Barr and Alfred Barr. They have been notified of issue and have chosen to not take ownership as well. So be mindful of the three above referenced individuals if you want to live through your new home building experience without taking years off of your life.
