GSP turned out to be difficult to deal with. Very poor communication for the first 2months until I asked my husband to get involved. They also low balled my estimate and the job took almost 5 months to renovate a 100sq.ft.kitchen. Delayed deliveries and wrong deliveries were part of the explanation. Requested payments were only made when we finally got them to send itemized invoices for the requested payments which I paid in full promptly after we received the “change orders” etc... The final renovation turned out to my satisfaction. Thank goodness because it was a long and stressful experience.
