GTL Remodeling should join Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey! What a clown act. After receiving an unsolicited phone call extolling the virtues of the company, I asked to schedule an estimate for household work. The guy on the phone said "no - it would be better if you scheduled through our website." I followed his instructions and filled out the form on-line to schedule an estimate. A few days later the same bozo called back to schedule an appointment. We confirmed the type of work, the date, and time and he said I would receive a call the day prior as a reminder.
A week later (day prior to the appointment) another joker called to cancel the estimate because "they don't do the kind of work" I had requested. What a waste of time. Floppy shoes and red hair for all my friends!
