Very sloppy and shoddy workmanship. Sloppy work by what appears to be very unskilled laborers. No attention to detail at all. Crews left un-supervised. Damage to my property, items missing, broken or damaged; trash thrown and/or left on and in my property, i.e. old broken, smelly nasty sewer pipes left under my house and back deck. Damages to kitchen sink, garbage disposal, bathroom shower and tub spout, central HVAC system, large and open cracks cut in laundry room floor 1/2" throughout, paint and mortar 'slopped' everywhere (paint and mortar chipping and peeling off walls and windows within 2 months) - just plain poor workmanship. Outside landscaping destroyed. Not one of the working crew English speaking, no way to communicate. Completion date promised and not met.
Once contractor is paid; you will not see him again. Does not live up to warranty work. Deny, Deny, Deny. Claims no accountability for problems or workmanship.
Would not recommend under any circumstance.
