    Re roof

    Guarantee Exteriors performed a re-roof on a building at Colorado College, the roof was rejected by Pikes Peak Regional Building dept. as it did not meet IBC standards. For two years we have attempted to have the company refund the college the $42,000 that was paid or replace the wood shingle roof and have received nothing but excuses. We are now moving toward a court action to force repayment.
