On July 17, 2021 a new a/c installation was installed by Guaranteed Air, however the team did not level the system and it leaked water into my attic and onto my downstairs ceiling and directly onto my furniture below. There was much damage to my home and personal property. The owner, Clase, admitted fault and promised to compensate for all the damage done and made continual promises to deliver a check to reimburse for the repairs. To date the check has not been delivered and he no longer responds to calls or texts. Lacks integrity!
