The installing contractors did a very clean and neat job. They were attentive to our

My experience has been horrible. They convinced me to sign up in June telling me they could incorporate my camera surveillance from alarm.com. For almost a year due to their incompetence I have had no working video clips. The owner, Mike Carvin, promised to address this mulitple times and either due to tech ignorance, lack of communication, or blatently blowing me off this company has not provided service yet is still trying to charge me. STAY AWAY.
