I had originally called Guardian Landscape for an estimate for weed spraying. Matt asked what we wanted to do with our one-acre lot after he killed all the weeds. (It was all weeds and would have left just a dirt lot.) He spent over an hour discussing options with us and we ended up spending much, much more than the $2,000 it would have cost for killing the weeds, but we have a beautiful oasis in the middle of our acre. We made several changes throughout the project and he was always accommodating. Guardian is probably more expensive than other local landscapers, but we had sprinkler work done, sod, and wrought iron fencing done. Owner Matt was great, always available to answer questions and make any adjustments we requested. He frequently stopped by to check on the job and spent quite a bit of time on site as well. Employee Christian gets an A+.
In addition to the work arranged through Guardian as part of the original landscaping project, we ended up having them do additional work because we were so happy with them. We added a large pad for a future garage, extended the shed pad to the wrought iron fence, and a little frame where the gate opens that has gravel in it. (Because the gate was already installed, to be able to open the gate, the frame was the best option.) See attached photos.
Also attached is a final photo of the work Guardian did, which is a 19x30' "oasis" in the middle of the one-acre "desert." (https://prnt.sc/t1q381) (It obviously doesn't show the sprinkler work. We actually have NINE zones on our property which were all 20 years old and valves were frozen, main box was outdated and underground lines had to be moved because of the concrete work.)
