WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE
I called them to fix a leaking toilet. They came out did the repair and re-installed the toilet. The plumber guaranteed no more leaks and if there is a problem they will warranty the install for one year.
2 weeks later, a leak was noted. I called them and the owner basically told me they will charge me again for the visit. I explained there should be no charge since I was already charged $155 and given a warranty. The owner hung up on me and will not answer the phone anymore.

Well he took my money and I took him to court and won. I currently have a lien against him for $1,200. Bid a job paid him half and he just disappeared. Never showed up in court, much less work. Why is a plumber living in a shabby shack in Elgin, working in the Aurora/Naperville area? Where is his state license? Be careful and check him out with the Union.

He is very honest and did an excellent job installing a water heater at my house. He also replaced 2 toilets, my bathroom faucet, my tub and shower valve, and my kitchen faucet. His quote was so much better than anyone else I tried calling, which made me so happy because plumbing can get expensive. He is licensed bonded & insured, with 40 something years experience in the trade he was telling me. Overall, im very happy & I found my new plumber! (Actually this is my 3rd time using him!)
