He does not pay his supplier for material so,there's a chance that you may receive a "mechanic's lien" on your house or business. After several attempts at contact, we were told "Sorry, just don't have the money." Which is funny, because he was paid in full (Half of which was paid upfront FOR MATERIALS). I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Extremely unprofessional and if I could give my any less than one star, I would not hesitate.
