Horrible Service. First, they were two hours late and I was their first appointment for the morning. I had called a half hour before appointment to confirm timing, and they said they would be on time. They were not.
Second, they just tried to scam me into paying for services that were completely unnecessary. I had recently installed two light fixtures and a switch, and I was explaining that I blew out a fuse because I assumed I had mis-wired the switch. They told me that I needed to replace my whole breaker box, that it was too old and couldn't be repaired. They left after not fixing anything, didn't even look at the wiring on my switch.
After the electrician left with his mis-diagnosis I called the manager to complain and say I just needed my switch fixed. Of course he said no I needed to spend 2k+ to rewire and replace the fuse box.
The next day I hired another electrician. He replaced the fuse in the breaker box and identified the bad wiring I did, fixed it in like 20 minutes.
This company in my opinion is just looking to over charge people who don't know much about electrical work. I have some basic knowledge of the field so they weren't able to scam me, but I'm sure they do it to other people.
