From the first time I experienced their services, to now having gone through a significant storm that damaged my house - this organization and its team members have far exceeded expectations. Every step of the way they provided exemplary assistance with an incredibly professional attitude making it much easier for me during such a stressful situation. It's difficult to imagine what could have been done better! My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone involved in helping get things back on track.

From the moment we met Mike and the rest of the team we knew we would have a reliable and honest contractor by our side. The subs they used for our roof replacement were phenomenal. Mikey and Connie did a very thorough job on our interior storm mitigation after hurricane Ian. They even helped my mom (out of the goodness in their hearts) who is very low income which we are extremely grateful for! Mike, my mom says, thank you so much! Best of luck to you guys, you are the best!

They worked wonders on my home when we were under the gun to get it back together in time for closing after hurricane Ida hit. Tim worked tirelessly and everyone did a phenomenal job and the buyers seemed very pleased with everything. That was project number 3 from this wonderful contractor. I highly recommend them!

Gulf Coast Contractors is a company of integrity and they are very efficient and knowledgeable. My house flooded in the summer of 2022, and I’d never made an insurance claim before or dealt with any kind of property damage.
After speaking with Tim and Michael at our first meeting, I instantly felt relieved like everything was going to be okay. They walked me step-by-step through the process of what was to come.
Luckily, they are also a one stop shop. They handle water mitigation and contractor work, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They worked directly with the insurance company and utilize the same system as well.
Gulf Coast Contractors do excellent work and exceeded my expectations by repairing other things in my home for me along the way that needed work. I didn’t even ask, they just saw things and offered to fix them for me since they were already doing work in the house.
Most importantly, they wanted to help and make things easier for me and all the while did not receive a dime of payment for months. Nonetheless, this did not stop the way they treated me or performed their scope of work.
They even found ways to fit things into the budget that were not really there to ensure I got the items I wanted and the look I desired.
Just hire Gulf Coast Contractors, you won’t be disappointed. My favorites were DJ and Michael France. Great people!

Great work guys, and thank you so much for making the experience as pleasant as possible. -

Gulf Coast Contractors is a great company. They repaired our home after storm damage did quite a number on it. They got our insurance company to pay and that was a huge help for them to handle that. The work and the crew are also top notch. I recommend their service.

It is difficult to find the words to express my thanks and gratitude towards Gulf Coast and all those associated. It felt like a tragedy when I saw the condition Hurricane Ida left my house in. My husband and I purchased this home 3 years ago as first time homebuyers. It was beautiful and I truly was obsessed with my home and had so much pride in it. But after Hurricane Ida gifted us a fallen pine tree right on top of my 7 year old’s bedroom, that couldn’t have been farther from the truth. When it was deemed safe for us to move back in following mitigation, I hated my house. It felt disgusting and hazardous and brought me so much stress. I was overwhelmed with the anxiety of what to do next and how to go about it all. I knew my first steps necessary were filing an insurance claim, and finding a contractor sooner rather than later, seeing as thousands of others were all probably in the same spot I was. Not only am I a female, but I’m also in my early 20’s, and I knew contractors & construction workers would see me as nothing more than a walking, talking opportunity to screw over. I had to watch my back every which way I turned, especially because my husband is military and was gone constantly during all of this. I had just me, myself and I. I started working with one construction company that demoed all my interior damage and treated for mold, until suddenly that company became flakey and unprofessional before they finally went incognito. I cut ties and stressed about my chances of finding another contractor that late in the hurricane game. I was lucky to have found such an incredible roofer that referred me to Gulf Coast Contractors, and for the first time in a long time I could see the light at the end of the dark tunnel. There is so much that goes into a catastrophe insurance claim process, and I can assure you that if I were a contractor, I would avoid clients working with insurance like the plague.
Immediately after contacting Gulf Coast Mike France came to assess all the damage, and assured me how much worse off I could’ve been, and that strangely helped the stress of it all. Mike was absolutely incredible and shortly after, Connie and their demo team came and sealed off the most damaged bedroom to keep my children away from anything sharp or dangerous. Connie was so kind and sweet! And after that the ball just kept rolling.
I worked mostly with Mikey as he was the one managing all the work being done to my house and I can not say enough positive things about him. He was kind, understanding, relatable, and ultimately made sure that I was comfortable and overly satisfied with everything. If I had any large or minor issue with any subcontractor or their work, Mikey solved it for me immediately. He asked me constantly if I was happy with the various subcontractors work and assured me confidently to not hesitate voicing to him any concerns I had, and that it was his job to deal with them.
Tim filed my insurance supplement for me and made the insurance process so understandable and easy, even through working with 5 different adjusters. I’m not sure what kind of magic Tim pulled but he ultimately doubled my total claim amount and was able to get 100% of my house’s flooring replaced. Doing this by way of insurance was by no means a quick process, and it absolutely took its fair share of “squeaky wheel” calls and emails from both Tim and I to my adjusters but it certainly paid off in the end when we were able to get the insurance to pay for virtually all we were asking for with little to no push back, assumingly because Tim knew what he was doing, and he knew what and how to document damages appropriately. Tim handles the money and he was incredibly easy to approach with any sort of questions and concerns whenever they arose, seeing as, I have obviously never gone through this process before. He would spend hours if it were necessary running through the numbers with me and explaining every confusing insurance obstacle. I had forked out so much money out of pocket prior to hiring Gulf Coast, but with them, they got paid when I got paid and they never asked me to pay them a dime out of pocket. There wasn’t a single time I felt in jeopardy working with Gulf Coast and they restored my house to even better than it was before the hurricane. I have already sworn by Gulf Coast to anyone who mentions needing a contractor! They are honorable, trustworthy and magnificent at what they do. Their business card on my fridge is here to stay. -

Earlier this year we had a terrible storm which damaged our roof and caused water damage. They came out and gave us a very fair estimate and we decided to proceed. They were on time and finished the work as planned. We are all buttoned up again and very pleased with the work.

They truly do it all, big or small. After the stellar job commercial demolition job Michael did for us, I had Gulf Coast to our home for a bathroom remodel and I was just as pleased with that.

A fantastic group of people who genuinely care about getting the job done well! They will take care of you if you call. I can't speak highly enough of them. A fantastic group of people! They assisted us in restoring our house after it was damaged by the winter freeze last year. Their services are highly recommended!

They are excellent at what they do, and they are a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about this organization and its employees. I have to say, I've never had to do anything like this before. After a storm, my house was always fine until now. They handled everything immediately, which relieved me of a lot of stress. Thank you so much to the entire team who works here.

I would recommend Gulf Coast Contractors to anyone that is in need of work on there home. We recently had to have our roofs replaced on our home and extra garage. Tim, Michael and David were very easy to work with. The job was started around 7:00 am and both buildings were completed by 6::00 pm. All debris was removed and the yard looked like it did before they had started.
