We hve a hole in palapa 4 years old warranty for five years.

Christa called 4/9 and scheduled Ernie to look at palapa he comes out.
Week goes by and no call
Call sat 4/16 and speak with Holly she says she’ll check call 4/17 speak with holly who has no idea about schedule and I tell her that is unacceptable and she hangs up on me when I tell her I would like to speak with krista.
On 4/7 they said krista was in San Antonio and 4/17 they say she is in Ohio. She calls back and states on Monday she will look at schedule and put us on.
Well if she put us on schedule we are not aware we did not receive a call or any notification on Monday. Tuesday late afternoon I call and phone is answered hello .. is this gulf coast Palapas? I identify myself and she tells me six weeks out for warranty repairs, no date very rude and short. If I were looking for a new build I would steer clear of this company, unorganized, flying by the seat of their pants, really poor business practices and rude to customers.
Why is the owner the only one that handles the schedule. No office help. Beware! Iam sure there will be a rebuttal that I was yelling and the fact was I told them it was unacceptable and poor business practices. So, when someone tells them they are doing a bad job they hear yelling.. go figure. As of June 4th still no contact
