I spent a full week researching all the different pool construction companies that would service my area. ALL the companies in this region had multiple negative reviews but Gulfstream had fewer than all others so we went with them. Needless to say, we're not 100% satisfied with this company. IF you do choose this company, do not use Scott High as your salesman. He is like a used car salesman. He'll talk an excellent game up front but when the tire meets the road and discrepancies come up(AND THEY WILL),;he'll LIE through his teeth about what he told you at the sales table. And forget about talking to Scott directly after the initial sales gimmick. He never returns ANY calls regardless of numerous email pr v/m's.
The subcontractors they hire will bust things in your yard amounting to hundreds of dollars, like concrete curbing and riding lawn mowers but Ted, the site manager will not make ANY repairs as promised. His attitude is "oh well".
The only person at Gulfstream willing to go the extra mile is the co-owner, Tim Tennant. He DID make SOME things right. I believe he's just unaware of his incompetent employees and the lies they tell him.
I will say after 9 grueling months full of headaches and delays, as for the pool itself, that part, I couldn't be happier with. The majority of their subcontractors did do a good job on the overall completion. That's the only reason I didn't give it only 1 star!
Just don't expect this company to surprise you with going that extra mile or CARING WHAT YOU THINK!

If you’re looking to spend thousands of dollars on a broken pool, go with Gulfstream!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE POOL COMPANY! We had our pool finalized the first week of August 2020, and I’ve had leak repair consultants come out FOUR TIMES in the past four months. We are still battling with Gulfstream to repair this leak that they can not seem to repair. We lose over an inch and a half of water a day. Hundred of gallons of water leaking everyday. I can’t seem to have them repair my pool. They sold me a broken pool and are unable to effectively fix this situation. Terrible company. DONT waste your time or money with Gulfstream Pools. If they can’t build pools correctly the first time, they shouldn’t be installing pools at all.

We had a pool installed by gulf stream pools, which after 10 month was completed November 1st. We had terrible communication the entire process. We also failed inspections I believe 14 times, often requiring myself or my wife home during the 4 hour inspector window. We have made 3 separate contacts to have 2 major problems resolved. First the spa water drains out due to a faulty valve and second our heater does not work. I am at my wits ends to get this resolved. I am going to have to pay another pool company to fix gulfstreams problems.
