We had a very disappointing experience with Gunther Pools in South Broken Arrow.
Project management was poor throughout. We had to babysit the project the entire time just to keep things moving and ensure basic quality. Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and it often felt like there was no real oversight.
The workmanship was especially concerning. The waterfall rock wall and spa tile and travertine coping had to be redone multiple times due to crooked, messy, awkward installation. The wrong plaster color was installed, and it took significant effort to get them to acknowledge it. They agreed to re-plaster but have since gone silent and stopped responding.
As the plaster cured, visible boot prints appeared throughout the pool, especially on the stairs, and the caulking between coping and deck is sloppy and unprofessional. We also hired a professional to manage pool startup and chemicals, so maintenance was not the issue.
We have also noticed that Gunther Pools are now using our pool in advertising on their Facebook page, which is frustrating given the unresolved issues.
We signed our contract in April 2025, and more than a year later, the project still has unresolved items.
While there was early heavy rain, the delays were largely due to poor scheduling and lack of follow-through.
Overall, a frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider other options
