My family started this process with several quotes from various inground pool installers. We decided to use Guntner Custom Pools because the owner himself gave the quote and he was the only genuine person to give a quote. He did not hurry his responses nor did he dismiss any concerns or what ifs from myself or my husband, We decided to go ahead with this company because of positive reviews and it is a family business from this area that was genuine in every aspect of dealing with us before we committed.
It was the best choice we ever made. Very satisfied customer.
It was the best decision we ever made. The quality of work and attention to detail goes unmatched by any other pool company in this area, I know this because I have many neighbors who used other companies and I see the poor quality of those installations.
I did not trust the process because my backyard was a disaster, but at every phase of construction the Foreman or the owner would explain the next phase and reassure us that we need to trust the process. We are thankful and very satisfied with our little backyard oasis. We also feel like pool experts because of the owners pool school we received after completion.
