We called Gus when several other contractors fell through. He came out within the hour and spent several hours pulling our heater apart and giving it a full service, and even created a work-around for a broken part until he can get new ones. With the temperature being in the 30s and being pregnant, not having a heater was just not an option. We're so grateful for his work. He's an awesome dude and we're definitely gonna call Gus first the next time
