    2 years ago, I asked them twice for a quote on replacing shingles on my house
    and never got the quote.

    I had a Roof Replacement back in October 2016 which was completed by Guy Roofing. Since then I have recommended Guy Roofing to several people (one actually used them. The rest were just inquiring). The Representative (Rick) was very nice and professional. In meeting with me he worked around my schedule. Rick explained everything to me and walked me through the process from what it would look like from beginning to end.

    With this all being so new to me, I really went with Guy Roofing because my 1) my insurance Rep. mentioned their name and they also have a lot of advertisements on the TV so I figured when I needed to have roof work done, I would contact them. In checking around their prices were what I thought was comparable to other companies.

    The Contractors reported to work very early that morning. There was no disturbance from them in regards to them asking me questions etc. I had been told that I really did not need to be home (that was true). They worked diligently all day to complete the work. When I did ask questions they too were very professional. The Staff did an awesome job in the clean-up. I mean they really worked.........I was very impressed with their work ethics.

    After the work was completed, Rick and another Representative came back to recheck the work. I was told that I have a guarantee and warranty on their services so I am good. I hope this helps some. If you are looking for something specifically, let me know.

    As I stated, I have referred them to others and will continue to refer them. There has been a lot of rain in Charlotte.......nothing coming through so I assume all is well:)

    I would not and did not recommend Guy Roofing to my neighbors. They replaced our roof after a tornado came through. When they finished, I immediately called my husband and told him they used cheap felting and it did not look good. Someone came to look at it from the company and treated me like I was a stupid woman and pretended that he saw nothing wrong. My grandfather was a contractor and built major buildings in Ga. I know a crappy job when I see it. Another Guy roofing rep came out and spoke with my Veteran husband and admitted they used cheap felting. We were reassusered they would fix it. A week goes by no phone call so my Veteran husband calls again multiple times. The same Guy roofing rep acts as if he never met my husband and after sometime admits he does. He proceeds to inform my husband that Guy Roofing had a meeting and decided it was the shingles that were bad and we need to wait a couple of more weeks. 5 months later it is still unresolved. Yesterday's message was they would have to wait until 6 months to do anything. This has put undo stress on my husband. Guy roofing's mission statement is a promise to be trustworthy, priding themselves on their quality of workmanship, responsiveness and level of customer service. Mr Herbert Guy your business has failed to follow through with any of this. My neighbors all have the same roof replacement but you lost their business because of the sorry workmanship, taking advantage of a Veteran therefore showing no trustworthiness and no pride in our Business or your name. You failed to live up to the expectation that when rendering service you should do it with excellence and to customer satisfaction.

    Roof leak

    Waste of time...Required $50.00 before they would even look at my roof leak and while they immediately took my money they NEVER showed for the appointments. They rescheduled 2 times and after they failed to show a second time I requested to be reimbursed they then told me it takes 3-5 days to get reimbursed. .

    Do not do business with this company. The office manager Dawn Guy speaks to customers as if they are common criminals and dogs...there are SO many other roofing companies out there to choose from please by-pass this one and save yourself stress and worry. We had an owner that would not even talk to us after we had encountered several issues including a leaking roof. It was a terrible experience.
