GVD Renovations & Remodeling

GVD Renovations was recommended to me by a co-worker. They installed siding on his home and I chose their company to work on my house in El Dorado Hills. From the very beginning they were very professional and extremely diligent about the project. I have worked with many contractors and I’ve seen my fair share of negligence and terrible experiences with this type of work, but I can assure that this company is one of the great ones out there. My goal was to have my whole house resided with James Hardie Siding. I also needed the installation of four Anlin Catalina Windows through the property. Vlad was always quick and did a terrific job going over every detail with me to make sure that they did everything correctly. They set a timeline to do all these things and they did just that. I am satisfied with the amount I paid, the time it took them to make it happen, and with their overall service and support. As my co-worker recommended them to me, I would recommend them to anyone with the same amount of confidence. Thanks GVD team for everything!

I’ve had the dream of having a beautiful kitchen after I moved into our new home, so picking the right company to help with the process of renovating my kitchen was very important to me. After going through many recommendations and estimations and speaking to many different companies, I finally set my mind on GVD Renovations. Their company had me sold with their professionalism and their kindness.

They were located in Roseville, and my home is in Auburn so that was great that they are a local contractor. All the people I spoke to and dealt with before signing a contract really made me decide to work with them. I’m a perfectionist, and I wanted my whole kitchen redone. By whole kitchen, I mean counter tops, tiles, flooring, cabinets, back-splash and even some electrical work, too. The space of my kitchen is wide, but the way it was originally built was not efficient at all.

Now that they are done with the work in my kitchen, I couldn’t be more happy to say that I finally have the kitchen of my dreams. We encountered a few bumps along the road and there were a couple set backs regarding the finish date of the project, but they were just so kind and diligent that truly, none of those things mattered at all. They made everything right and the end result is just perfect.

We were referred to this company from our friends who had their siding replaced. David came out to our home and was very knowledgeable and informative. He understood construction and presented the products really well which made choosing this company that much easier. We had 5 vinyl windows, a sliding glass door along with insulated vinyl siding installed throughout the whole house and everything went smooth from start to finish. Will are planning to remodel our kitchen and will be contacting them in the near future.

Great experience with the GVD Renovations team!! I found them to be very efficient, friendly, professional and courteous. They upgraded my home's exterior with new windows and new Hardie siding without creating a huge mess. The work was done quickly and at reasonable price. We live in Sacramento and previously, we had worked with someone who completely messed up the electrical in our kitchen. GVD fixed every issue during our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen looks gorgeous and my wife is very happy with the remodel. Everything was done professionally, on time and within our planned budget. The tile guy Leo was amazing to watch. Seriously. And the kitchen sink, oven, fridge, and microwave were installed within the kitchen cabinets with absolute precision. We’re big on hosting dinner parties at my home and the first thing everyone says when they walk in is, "WOW! Who did your kitchen?!" Huge and warm thank you to the whole GVD crew! Alex was professional, neat, skilled, and the hardest worker I've ever seen. Him and his team did a total bathroom tear out and installed our all new bathroom. I am extremely happy with the final results.
