I have reached my breaking point, this business has messed up my home beyond belief. Today my toilet started pouring water out between the floor and toilet base. GW aka NOLI Construction had put in a new sewer line and toilet, this is the second time this has happened within just a couple of months. The plumber that we have had fix the problem for the second time, has said that the flange and sewer line was incorrectly installed. The height of the flange is to far below the flooring, causing the wax ring from making a lasting and good seal. The first time an extra thick wax seal was used and it has failed again under the pressure.
GW refuses to make any repairs or fix the problem. My husband has gone round and round with them, only to be physically threaten and threaten with law suits.
The toilet is not the only issue, each and every phase of my home project has proven to be faulty. We have paid additional money several times now out of our pocket above and beyond what has been paid to GW, just to have repairs made to the work that GW performed. The quality of their work is very substandard, they do not stand behind their work, forget about having them stand behind any sort of warranty that they tell you about or they offer you.
I am not even going into the lies they tell, broken promises and piss poor workmanship.
