Please beware of this contracting . He will start the job and keep post phoning the work and make over budget .He never pay the subs. He took $80K from my building project and never pay back and never complete the work.
Response from Gws Contracting LLC September 26, 2021The lies people try and get away with. Fist off this customer took advantage of budget figures to maximize materials of his preference with out allowing for any labor and contractor profit. Essential saying the contractor working for free. Second once customer did not want contractor to be paid a profit he started withholding draws from bank, not allowing subs to be paid. Customer also begged to barrow $10,000 , from contractor, which he refused to pay back and blame contractor for him not following budgets. 80k did not even run through GWS Contracting from the start of project, too the point where we agreed to allow customer to finish the house with out pulling our permit. So this dishonest contractor never even received 80k in total before the slimy customer tried to take over the project on his own , because he didn’t want the contractor to earn.a rightful profit for their knowledge and hard work. Have written contract that states we finished all work leading up to point where we no longer where working any part of the job, but with the kindness of our heart allowed customer to finish under our license because no other contractor would put there license on another builders work. So you be the judge

We've been under contract with Eric and GSW since April 17th project per the contract was supposed to be finished on June 30 2021 .. All materials have been on the premises. He is Already way over budget, he took materials home with him and never brought them back, and doesn't show up to finish the project... I have Many text messages saying he's going to show up and never does... there is always an excuse .. I'm over 19 K total out-of-pocket this includes labor to Eric and materials That I paid for directly to His material supplier..
