Well into our sixties, we needed someone we could depend on not only for plumbing and HVAC installation, but maintenance as well. After decades of dealing with large plumbing companies, with their inflated bids and and often inexperienced technicians, we feel very fortunate to have found H&A Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a small company, and its owner, Enrique Arzate. Enrique and his crew swapped out our old evaporative cooler for a PNM rebate-qualified high-efficiency model. The price was very fair, the installation done on time, the work impeccable. Enrique was knowledgeable, meticulous, and very hands-on, genuinely concerned that we knew about the machine and the installation and what options were available. He even walked us through the PNM rebate process.
