Our remodel was a nightmare! Fabian does not communicate with his workers. No one shows up on time. Fabian and his assistant lie to you about the contractors they have hired. They told us the one contractor refused to stand behind their product and they would have to find someone else. Then all of a sudden the original contractor showed up at our house. We compared texts with them and figured out Fabian was lying to us about them not taking care of the problem. Our project has been finished for several weeks and we are still waiting on the punch list to be finished. I don't think it will ever be finished and I will have to hire someone else to do the work. Fabian tells you what you want to hear, but then does not communicate that to his team. Do not hire this company to do a remodel! Example: today they were supposed to come by and install our kitchen faucet that was taken out on Saturday to work on our quartz countertop. It is almost 5:00 pm and they have not shown up and now they want to come at 7:00 pm. They have known about this for over a week - it was not a last minute thing.
