The quality of work was overall good, what was completed at least. The issues we had were related to the contractor being disrespectful and frankly rude on multiple occasions as well as lack of communication. At this point we have paid $31k/$35k and he has stopped responding completely. All we are asking for is a schedule to complete the job or a refund for what was not done.
