I give this company 5 stars. Carl, the owner of the company called, and we discussed the issue at hand. Although skeptical, the owner of the company showed up to do the service. The payment structure was discussed with me and after Carl alleviated my fears I had him proceed with the work. Anyone that can diagnose someone else's problem and fix the situation is a True Professional in my book. He told me that when he left, I would be happy with the job. He was wrong. When he left, I was Ecstatic with his work. He had all the box's checked. He was Timely. He was Professional. He was Honest. He was Respectful. He knew his Profession. When he left I felt honored. Honored to have met him. Honored to have known him as a true professional in his field. I am honored to call him my Brother. I am honored to call him my Friend. I am honored to call him my ELECTRICAN! I have not met a single soul who has done so much for someone and their electrical issues as this man has done for me. No one does what he does anymore. We have lost that value! He and his company are true Professionals.
